TENA Men Underwear Maximum Plus, S/M 64 Count (Waist size 34in-50in)

This was a great way to buy multiple packages for a good price. I hate having to wait until the local pharmacy puts them on sale. Easy transaction and delivery

Excellent product and takes the worry out of embarrassing situations. Would highly recommend. Tried other products prior to this and the quality was terrible.

There's no standard rating system for incontinence products, which is nonsense. However, for post-radical prostatectomy this Tena product is fast to absorb (the gush on standing is the issue, not the dribble), and now 1 yr post-op is keeping his skin in good condition. Good coverage, very few leak episodes, doesn't give the active guy that diaper silhouette tucked into boxer briefs.

Best brand for smaller size, most brands' smallest is a medium and meant for a 34-38 inch waist at smallest. These fit less like a diaper and more like underwear. That's hard to come by in a heavy absorbency. Usually you have to forfeit comfort for absorbency. These allow for some dignity.

These are great for my elderly client. They absorb alot and the absorbant pad part of the brief is high enough that the urine doesnt just run out the side of the brief like so many other brands weve tried. However keep in mind these run large, im using the s/m for a man that weighs about 175lbs and they have plenty of room left in them. So def size down if you're not sure. Id say s/m would fit someone up to 200lbs. Overall a great product, highly recommend, and will continue buying these for my male patient.

the protective underwear is also a necessity of life for my 90 year old husband as he uses a no 6 or 7 pad inside the underwear making fewer changes day and night

I LIKE TENA MENS ADULT DIAPERS BECAUSE OF THE FIT. THERE WAS A BOTTLE OF GInger Ale short in the order, I ordered 1 bottle and there were none in the order can you replace it? I am out of it now.

Definitely not natural looking. I got these for my father, they are so bulky in the front he said "It looks like I have a couple pr. Of socks stuffed in my pants." Not only that but there is no elastic around the leg openings and the urine leaks straight out! Do not buy unless for a patient that doesn't walk around. Got size M/S

The small/medium fit way too big; could've been used for a large person instead of a small/medium size man.
