If you want a diaper that will make it thru the night, then this is it. Do yourself a favor, they are a little more expensive but well worth it. Its much easier to use than a pull up and stuffing it full of extra pads and much better than washing sheets everyday.

The caregiver of my 94-year-old father loves this brand of adult diaper. My father has dementia and is totally incontinent. He weighs about 180 lbs. and has a large belly, and these diapers fit well. The caregiver also inserts an extra-long pad for more absorbency.

These briefs are extensive but they are worth the money. They are very absorbent and high quality. I have worked in the nursing field for 30 years and seen many different brands. I take care of my mom at home and so i use the cheaper ones when I am there and able to change her frequency but if i need to be gone or at night I use the these. I highly recommend them!

you don't get enough in the package for the price. For that reason I avoided buying them. The lg size is a better deal but I need extra large.

The absorbency of this product is good, the sizing however is way off. I was recommended a medium with a 34" largest circumference and the diaper looked like a Speedo, barely coming up on my lower stomach. These also tend to get very loose after use and will fall down and shift heavily causing leaks, especially at night if you move at all during the night. It would be much better if the sizing actually matches the chart specs, as the product isn't wide or tall enough for what it says it will fit. The other thing that would greatly help is using a plastic backing as competing manufacturers use; those (such as Northshores Megamax) not only stay in place properly, but don't allow odors out like this product does.

Very poor fasteners , if you can ever get the tabs loose to fasten them it want hold. We had to use Scotch tape to keep them on. We now have 2 1/2 packages we can use as extra protection under our patient.
