My husband and I eat 2 Brazil Nuts each every day for the selenium. If you are looking for a snack, I would not suggest Brazil Nuts as too many can make you ill. But in small doses they are very good for you. I was looking for an affordable organic source and am very happy to have found Terrasoul. The nuts seem to be of good quality, smell fresh, and have a great taste. While this bag isn't cheap, it lasted the two of us a little over a month (5 weeks). Considering we eat these in small amounts to round out our nutrition instead of as a snack, I feel that is fair.

Warning...contains high levels of selenium. Do your research before consuming these. Know what you're doing. These are not for snacking. One or two a day is max, and if I was on meds I would check with my doctor first. With that said, know what you're getting into with these... or just eat other type nuts.

Very delicious and beautiful, intact, tasty nuts. The price is not cheap yet depending on how to buy from only one pack (more expensive) or 2 packs budget price together. The eating amount must be limited as published about 1-2 pieces per day due to its particular mineral content. So I enjoy my 2 pieces a day since I purchased. Great product!

These are the best source of Selenium for me. One of mother natures highest. 3-4 daily at the most. You can eat to many because of the high content of Selenium. Beware don't eat like peanuts in one sitting! Delicious, organic super-food!

These Brazil nuts taste great, and they're healthy containing a lot of selenium. I eat 2 everyday with my meal.

These are good. Probably too expend for a snack. I eat 3 a day for health benefits. The usual place I by then from hasn't been carrying them so I was happy to find them. They are an expensive nut.

I accidentally started this review before using the product, and now I can't cancel it without leaving feedback. However, here's what I like so far: The packaging is transparent, so you can see the quality of the Brazilian product without opening it. This type of packaging is usually used by producers who are confident their product is high-quality. Otherwise, they would use opaque wrapping, and you'd only discover quality issues after opening it—by then, it's often too late to return it. At this point, I appreciate the transparent packaging and the seller's honesty and loyalty.
