Does the job
Works great. I feel it may not be as sensitive as the higher priced testers. With that said, it still works as it should and is a great price.

Made replacing all switches, outlets easy!
I have wanted one for a long time. The cost is now affordable and the features are much more useful than the old neon glow lamps ones from my youth. This little gadget has helped to replace old light switches and plugs by easily finding the "hot" wire, ground and low side of my wires. The wires are so old they did not come with colors or tags. I even found one connection upstairs that turned out to be "hot" all the time due to a short.

appears well made, well featured, I think a good value for the apparent quality. no idea as to battery life, just started using. Very satisfied.
