Tetra Whisper Internal Power Filter for Aquariums 1 to 4 Gallons

This fabulous filter, comes with one filter cartridge. Water flows beautifully in a small tank, mine was a three gallon. keeps water clear. Very nice ,not bulky, thin ,fits nicely over the back of aquarium with the main filter internal.plug in cord is a nice length . Great for a fish tank. i have guppies , a catfish and a large snail.ThanksTetra Wisper, price was very good as well.

it's just perfect for a small little tank. read some stories about pumps killing fish that get trapped on intake holes but my fish has been just fine for about a month now. the intake suction is small and on bottom as well.

i liked how fast it filtered the water,but the water flow was a little too much for my betta but i also have pretty small tank but still worked good

For the price a really good buy as it will work in 2 of my fish tanks Very pleased with it so far.

It was easy to install and virtually no sound but it only lasted four months before the motor gave out. Just an fyi

my package was missing the hanger and the tubing. i expected better

This filter sucked my fish into the bottom of the unit, killing my fish. bad design. it is rated for 1-4 gallon tanks but any fish suitable for a tank this size is susceptible to the same fate because there is no safeguard preventing them from being sucked into the bottom of tbe filter. other brands of filters this size have saftey features that would prevent such an accident. do not buy thid filter unless you are willing to take this risk.

If I could give this negative five I would . There is a serous design flaw ! I woke up this morning to a dead frog as it was suctioned to the bottom where the water goes in . It was awful . Poor guy was missing an arm and had huge suction welts . Be ware !!!!

Do not recommend product! Had the filter for 2 weeks, and my daughter's African dwarf frog was sucked up into the bottom of the filter. Its poor little legs were mangled and she died from her injuries. DO NOT BUY for tank with small aquatic animals, poor thing suffered. And left my daughter heartbroken…

i have beta fish tank purchased from wally, its motor quit working was told this woukd fit. um no it woukd not with hood /light. it also did no better job at cleaning. returning
