Wonderful transfer as expected by arrow. This movie is very different from Pitch Black and the third picture Riddick (2013) and is a science fiction action film instead of the action horror/thriller the other 2 are . Here's hoping for part 4 (Associate)

This version of the film looks so much sharper and crisper than the standard blu ray edition. The 4K transfer makes the colors pop and breathes a whole new life into the film. Hook up so external speakers and you will literally be blown away. 5 stars. Can't recommend enough.

Third disc comes with the theatrical cut in the alternate 1.78:1 aspect ratio. You can't find that digitally. Better to buy through Walmart since the official Arrow Video website's customer service is awful.
