I have acute and chronic spinal pain for 42 years. And, this is the COlDEST iceback I ever used Including physical therapy ones. BUY

I have advanced degenerative disc disease with spinal fusions at multiple levels. This ice pack is better than the expensive ones I have purchased from physical therapy. It is large enough to cover almost my entire upper back or lower back and flexible enough I can make a towel roll with it for my neck. Must use a cloth to cover it or you will get frost bite(wonderful), and stays cold for a couple of hours. At this price I give it a 5* rating. Best of the best.

This helped me with my hip pain like no other. Each individual has to get the correct alignment for themselves. Once it is on the right spot, I finally got some relief. And with time, my hip pain resolved itself. I'm not saying this is a cure all but it definitely helped me.

One of the best ice packs I've ever used! I have rheumatoid arthritis and spinal stenosis which pinches my sciatic nerve in my left leg. Its almost unbearable. Once I started using this ice pack, I started getting relief in about 15 minutes. After about 25 minutes the nerve calmed down and I was relieved of my pain. Now im awaiting my back surgery.
