The Doux 808 Base Gel 12 oz., Moisturizing, Unisex

I love that these that this elongates my curls and that has marshmallow root and a few other herbs, aloe and slippery elm so it just makes my hair very soft and thecoils are very defunded

This has become my number one hair product. It really does what it says. It is easy to use and my curls hold for days.

I loved this product for my curly hair. It batley gave me any frizz. And I have very thick 3c/4a hair.

make sure your hair is wet then apply 808. then i used mousse def and the curls were amazing

This gel is fantastic for those folllowing the Curly Girl journey. It is clean. its also great for moisture loving curls, as its a cream gel. However its NOT overly moisturizing, so even the not so moisture loving curly girls can enjoy it, just use sparingly.

Definitely a botanical gel. My curls laid down as the calming base gel set the stage for my topper gel. No flaking. Plays nice with UFD and topper gels like Ennba and Trepadora. I would dial up the moisture factor just a smidge. But definitely very good as a botanical base gel. Looking forward to testing other applications of the product such as with the awesome Doux styling mousses and Dear Momma moisturizer ( which is hard to come by). Can't wait to get my 🙌 on it!!!!

It didn't give me lasting results. There was not enough slip which made me question how much I should be using. The instructions didn't say how much to use. I paired it with Mousse Def for my wash n go. For me there was not enough crunch it was too fluffy for my liking. And it only lasted about 3 to 4 days. I may try it again but I'm not a fan of it. I bet better lasting results with Pop Lock and Mousse Def.

Item was what I wanted but the order was delivered to the wrong address the deliver did not come down in the development to find my home I had to track the package down myself with the picture that was left and I reached out but on one answer only a machine and that's not cool

Product is great! Works great as a base before layering with mousse def foam…just Walmart failed. Walmart will bring it out all open and product leaking everywhere.
