Have used 6 times so far, very impressed. My hair is my one good feature, and this has improved it. My hair is softer and has more body. I usually wash my hair every other day, but can go 4 days with this shampoo and conditioner, and it still feels, looks and moves great. I’m hooked. I added moisture, scalp reset and heat protection doses.

It is custom to your needs, it really does work as promised, the downside is just waiting for it to arrive! I have very thick, naturally curly, dry hair. First use I went FOUR days between washes, and didn't use other products just to see what was really this or not. (no products after wash that is). I was asked every day by someone if I had my hair professionally styled that day!! It has never been so soft, shiny, the curls bouncy not frizzy and capped to my skull!

I received my new shampoo and conditioner 2 weeks ago and so far I am in LOVE! Typically after I wash my hair a day later I already feel that greasy film over my hair (I do scalp exfoliators, scalp massager, etc. for scalp buildup already) %26 it drives me crazy, since switching to this I have not had that happen at all! My hair is shinier %26 feels thicker - I’ve even had and co workers %26 my boyfriend notice !! It’s so affordable %26 with the changes I’m already seeing I would definitely recommend!!

I love this product! It has changed my hair completely. It lives up to what it promises. I hair feels healthier and it is curly, which in the past I thought was just frizz. Turns out it was curly instead. The only reason I gave this a 4 star is because it does not lather. I need a lot of it. I seem to go through twice as much of the shampoo as I do the conditioner.

This product doesn't lather good in your hair and you have to use a lot of it before it starts sudsing

When I first took the quiz it actually gave me Revitalizing Shampoo (with rice water). After I got home I looked into it and found that rice water is recommended to use no more than once a week for curly hair, as curly hair needs a lot of moisture. So I’m not sure why the quiz would have given told me to use this shampoo based on my hair type? I went back and exchanged it for this moisture shampoo. I added in the curl enhancer, moisture boost and anti friz. Used quite a bit but couldn’t get it to lather. I know less lather is actually a good thing, but I just feel like I’m not getting my hair clean. I ended up mixing it with my Hairitage shampoo to get some lather. I’ll keep an eye out to see if they possibly reformulate to add in more lather, but until then will probably not repurchase.

It lathered pretty easily, but stripped my hair. It was squeaky clean after I rinsed the shampoo out, and I don’t really like that feeling. That’s very strange for a moisturizing shampoo, especially one that I added the moisture boost to. I have very thick 4a/4b hair that is prone to dryness, so this product isn’t for me.

This was such a disappointment. For the money you pay for these small bottles you’d expect to get something great but it’s far from that. The shampoo doesn’t get get bubbles unless you use half the bottle. It makes your hair feel like straw. So disappointing
