The plant arrived packaged in a sturdy box and undamaged. The cane arrived healthy and green. It has some tiny leaves and buds just starting to sprout. It was already trimmed back into the perfect shape for spring planting. We transferred it from the growers pot to a large deck pot. It survived the transplant just fine and the blooms and buds are still growing. Tiny, but there. While it focuses on root growth, we focused on the perfect growing conditions. Overall, it's a good choice and will probably arrive in full leaf and blooms if ordered later in the spring.

Everything looked half dead when I got it leaves falling off dead buds were blooms might've been.

Do not buy poorly packaged by people that do not care. Whoever packaged it and put the piece of cardboard on the inside did a terrible job and ruined some of the stems. I would return but have had to return several (way too many) orders lately and hate the hassle of Walmart's customer service. Have learned my lesson. This is a delicate plant not a bag of dog food!
