Expert Gardener Wintergreen Boxwood Live Shrub in 1-Gallon Grower Pot

We were very impressed with the condition of these Expert Gardener Boxwood Live Shrubs when they arrived. After opening the box, the plants were strong, well-packaged, and had excellent green color. They looked much better than I expected for shipped live plants. The shrubs were smaller than the boxwoods you would typically purchase from a local greenhouse, but that is understandable given the price and convenience of having them delivered. With proper care, they have plenty of potential to grow into beautiful, full boxwoods. I have been using Miracle-Gro and following a regular watering schedule, and the plants have been doing very well. I planted them during a severe heatwave, which was a challenging time for new plants, but with daily watering they have continued to thrive and look healthy. They have adapted well and are already adding a nice touch to my landscaping. Overall, these boxwoods are a great value for anyone looking to enhance their lawn or garden. They arrive healthy, require relatively low maintenance, and with a little patience and care, they should grow into large, attractive shrubs that add year-round beauty to your yard.

This shrub came well packaged and I took it right out of the package and planted it. It had nice green leaves, the roots were in soil in a plastic container with a plastic covering around it. It's around a foot tall after planting. Love it!

Boxwood was delivered healthy. Wish I would have researched more about the plant I had rubber mulch installed and I do not know if this will harm plant.

I liked that I was able to get the same wintergreen boxwood bushes on-line to match the ones I purchased at the Hooksett NH store. All 15 are growing nicely. I bought them to create a living fence in my backyard. I bought 4 abervite bushes as well and those are doing great.

it arrived on time and I love them

Have had to order twice. One plant from first order had a very bent plant and a very small plant. Both did not make it. Second order also had a bent plant and small plant that have not lived. Need to order again!.

Two of them did not make it some of the leaves were turning yellow when they arrived

I ordered 18 of these 2 weeks ago. Arrived perfectly packaged for transit and plants were in great shape after their journey. The base of each plant was wrapped in a plastic bag and top secured with a luggage tie to prevent soil loss and keep the plant in the pot. I needed more so placed a second order a week later and this time they were just put in a box and shipped. Photo shows how ridiculous this is for shipping live plants. I had 3 boxes with 6 plants in each. I'll be very surprised if I don't lose a few at least. Several in each box were out of the pot, squashed with broken branches. So two completely different experiences. Can't really recommend based on this second order.
