I have had 2 of these beds (1 for each side of the house) for as long as I can remember. We live where it gets very hot in the summer, and I think the dogs appreciate that they are surrounded by air, in addition to the comfort. I appreciate the ability to extend the life of the beds by being able to replace the fabric (and to change the colors) as needed.

The dog cot is very strong and sturdy for my. Lab he instantly. Took to. Laying and dozing on it. Very easy to assemble. Overall great. Product great service. Ty

The Coolaroo bed was occupied by both my dogs (a standard poodle pup and a shih-tzu mix rescue) as soon as I put it together! They really seem to like it. I find it covered with toys at the end of each day. When the cold temps soon hit Wisconsin, I'll put a nice thick blanket on it and it will be a great nesting spot.

Originally purchased the Medium sized bed; based on given dimensions in specs. Once put together; our Malamute puppy fit on it curled up. Returned it and purchased the large bed. Much better! Be alerted that the size given in the specs. is OVERALL - including the metal frame. This takes away from the actual bed size by about 8 inches. Even tho' there are only 4 screws needed to assemble this bed; it's not as easy as it sounds. First, before actually putting all the frame pieces in place, partially pre-screw all the screws into the holes. I found they initially were somewhat tight. Once you assemble the framing and are actually using the screws; do NOT tighten them completely - maybe only half way. As you'll see, with the bed material stretched onto the frame; it's kind of difficult to maneuver the frame into it's flat shape. The little extra "give" by not fully tightening the screws until all are seated helps with the assembly. Finally, when all screws are in, then place on floor (if not already), be sure bed is flat, then tighten all the screws. Our dog loves it! Currently she weighs about 75 lbs. and even tho' the material stretches somewhat when she is on it; it bounces back to original shape when not in use. It is very light should you want to move it around. The bed material is double stitched and appears to be very sturdy. Before this type bed; our Mal had chewed on 2 other foam filled beds and 2 carpet remnants. So far so good with this one! I searched the internet for a raised bed; and Walmart's price was by far the best - especially with the free shipping when you pick it up in the store! Great bed; great deal!

I have an 11 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback, named Reign, who is 110 pounds of pure joy! After several unsuccessful tryouts with different beds, I finally found one that he willingly sleeps on! Assembly was quick and easy and the bed is definaletly roomy! Although he will undoubtedly continue to grow, he will not out grow this bed! Great product!

I HAVE A BOXER/AMERICAN BULL DOG HER WEIGHT IS ABOUT 80 LBS ... FROM THE FIRST DAY SHE GOT IT, SHE SLEPT LIKE A BABY.... EXTREMLY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE... HAS A LITTLE TRICK WHEN PUTTING BARS TOGETHER, WHEN YOU HAVE THE LAST SCREW IN THE BAR, YOU HAVE TO LET THE BED BEND TO A SLIGHT ANGLE, TO TIGHTEN THE SCREW.. ONCE THE SCREW IS IN JUST STRAIGHTEN OUT THE BED..

Dogs love it! Can fit 2 on the bed. Could probably use a support strap underneath to keep it from sagging. But, then again, my dog is over the weight limit. I also added a blanket to keep dogs nails from possibly penetrating mesh. Overall, recommend!

This is the second bed we've purchased as this one was a gift. Our furr kidds love their bed and have used it on our deck for all four seasons. In winter, we just brush off the snow accumulated and they relax in the sun. Even after torrential downpours, it dries very quickly. This size will comfortably accommodate three dachshunds usually -- or one "bed hog" who's crabby....

This is sturdy and exactly what I wanted but be aware that it is incredibly difficult to put together. One of the legs did not have the screw hole bored properly and I had to use a drill to alter it. if I had tried to just use the little allen wrench that they included in the package instead of using power tools, I would have never gotten this put together. But now that it's together it is lovely. My dog is a fan.

Material is cheap . It's plastic burlap that my dog put a hole just getting off and on the cot . Bed collapsed and beyond repair cause once I piece it back together legs on one side buckles . I should've spent a little more on a good bed . Take my advise spend the extra coin on a bed that's at least 50$ . You'll thank me later .
