You get 3 different designs which is perfect for always having a clean cover available. The covers are well stitched with a nice bit of elastic to help hold them in place. They easily fit my munchkin diaper changing pad and even have a slit on each side (that is well reinforced to prevent ripping or wear over time) for the belt straps to go through. These are very easy to wash and haven't shown any signs of wear, pilling or shrinkage so far in the first few washes. They've also held up well too daily diaper changes and us setting things down frequently on them. They have a good weight to them and aren't too thin or too bulky. They feel comfortable and soft and my 10 month old seems comfortable laying on them. The bubbled texture is also a nice touch. Overall I would recommend this set.
