The Pioneer Woman Pioneer Signature Stainless Steel Paring Knife, 3.5 inch, Teal

This is my favorite knife! Ive had one for over a year, and everyone in the house is always looking for it first for everything from dinner to opening boxes. It sharpens very well and holds an edge great. It feels nice, and it's the cutest color. I could never find it when I needed it because it's always in use or in the dishwasher. I will have a drawer full of them someday!

This is so pretty when I first opened it. I picked it up and it felt so light. I'm getting older and I like things that are not so heavy. This knife feels so nice and once I sliced some lemons I was so in love with it. I might be buying a whole set of these.

I really like the color of the handle when I was originally picking the item. It adds color to my kitchen. The only caution I would give is be careful opening this package as there is a zip tie that is difficult to access and cut--don't cut your self cutting it. The packaging was safe to ship with a wax-like piece protecting the tip from cutting through the remaining packaging during shipping. Knife is sharp and effective for cutting any food item.

Love this little knife! The handle is a nice shape and weight for a comfortable grip. The blade is sharp. I first used it to cut up a head of cauliflower and it worked very well for that task. I also used it to cut up a rack of baby back ribs I was preparing to cook and it worked great for that job too.

This paring knife was actually larger than I thought. It measures about 8” from blade to end of the handle. The blade is sharp and it cuts and peels fruits and vegetables perfectly. It's easy to hold and also has a blade guard to keep on it when not in use. It's recommended to hand wash this knife only and dry immediately. The teal color is pretty and matches my kitchen theme. It's great quality made from stainless steel. I'd definitely purchase again!

This is a quality paring knife. It has a nice floral handle that fits nice in your hand. Looks like quality steel with a sharp blade. I see similar pairing knives at Walmart for around seven dollars. There is other quality Paring knives on Amazon for twice as much or more These are nice pairing knives and I think they are worth that much. I am considering buying another knife.

I got this red parring knife from the Pioneer woman frontiet collection. It's a 3.5 inch stainless steel blade. Over all length is 8.5 inches. It is on the heavy side for a nice grip. It is very sharp so you do have to handle it very carefully. And its recomended that it only be hand washed. I have used it to cut fruit and vegetables. It is such a smooth cut being so sharp and the weight realy makes it so easy . I cut up an onion and it was so smooth I didnt even cry. I like the sharp point which made it easy to cut of the ends on apples and strawberries.I used it for cutting the skin off of my chicken. It was so easy. Because I havs arthritis the thickness of the handle makes it more comfortable to use. So I do think this may become my main knife.

Knife came sharp. Seems to hold an edge, we cut up about 2 dozen apples and the last was as easy as the first. It is very solid, the blade steel goes throughout the entire knife (full tang). The handle is well fitted for small or medium sized hands (didn't have someone with big hands to try). If you plan on displaying it in a knife block, it might be better to get a full set (if matching is an important factor for you). Comes with a blade tip guide too, which is nice.

This has quickly become my favorite all around knife.. I have plenty of specialty knives in the kitchen but this one is the favorite. The handle is of great size for larger hands, handle is long enough so that it doesn.t press against palm of hand. Blade holds edge well and is easy to sharpen. I would say do not place knife in dishwasher. It's easy enough to just rinse, dry and put away. It will eventually spot and rust in dishwasher and if left to soak. Given proper care it will last for years to come. Floral design doesn't exactly match my other knives which are wooden handled. But no matter it still looks good and really does and excellent job. Personally I think Pioneer Woman has a winner with this knife.

Good product for the price but I received an open box item. The handle is not perfectly flush with the metal, but for the price I am not surprised. The blade finish however was ruined upon arrival due to it being open box (even though I paid for a new item) and being handled and stained by previous buyer.
