The Pioneer Woman Stainless Steel & Olivewood Tongs

Love these things. I’m so thankful I found something that wasn’t made of plastic. Great for using with a cast iron, they won’t melt when you flip bacon or your air fryer chicken. The lock is a little weak, but that actually works well for me while I’m cooking. It’s also nice to look at. The wood is pretty and just has a good aesthetic to it.

The silicone ends of my other tongs got slightly off color and started like peeling plastic. I am just starting to try the wood endings on this one. It says it won't scratch which is also a concern. It is a bit longer than the other as well. I like that. I have been known to get my fingers into the cooking oil with the metal tongs. Good price, good quality. Still has the end that slides and holds it together. Fast shipping too.

I didn't want to pay $40 or more for the ones at Williams Sonoma so I'm happy with these. I needed a long pair for use with my 20" salad bowl. Haven't used them yet but I'm happy so far.

We quit using plastic and these have been a God send!

Wash it by hand don’t put in a dishwasher other than that it’s good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cute, seems very sturdy, I'm not sure how the wood is going to hold up to cleaning in the long term, but they're very good tongs. You can use it for lots of things like salad, meats, cooking.

They do not grip anything. Why? Because your hand gets pinched in the shaft at the top. The lock also bites ya. The teeth on the tips. Yes teeth. They are rounded and will not pic up anything that is flat (if you can withstand the pinch)
