Rock Starfrit Griddle.
I made pancakes with it, they turned out with a light even golden brown color on both sides. Did just as good as my cast iron griddle, but less weight. I am definitely happy with this pan.

This is one of my favorites!!
Love these frying pans, works great!! I have 4 of them , wish they had more in the store so I wouldn't have to order them when I've used them up . After about a year to a year & a half I replace them!! But still work better than others I've had.

Good, worth buying
Specs are as advertised, need some effort to clean up after preparing some dishes . Hard surface is good, and you can use steel tavas while making Dosas(South indian dish).

Useless
This oan was described as coming with a lid. After several complaints from me, it was discovered that the description was in error. The pan is so shallow it has very limited utility. Maybe for a personal sized quesadilla, or a crepe, but little else.
