Make sure if you're grinding this to use either glass or stainless steel. it will ruin a plastic blender within seconds of use; you'll never get rid of the smell and the plastic will be permanently scratched The product is VERY aromatic, the slice is warm and robust.

This is excellent Ginger! Very flavorful. I added it to my root beer soda and it made it superb! Love it! If you love Ginger candies, this ginger will give you that flavor and pleasant spice heat. My only wish is that this was in a glass jar, but I can add it to my own spice jar. Great product! Delicious!

Smells and tastes delicious. A nice addition to many of my recipes, especially where a strong "zing" needs to be tasted. Love the "all natural" branding.

Only down side is that even though you order several different spices under the same brand, they all get shipped separately and arrive on different days. Not sure if this is a Walmart issues or a vendor issue????

I love to add this product in my tea for health benefits I can't even taste it in my tea. It is awesome

I use it in my tea. Works great but, it tastes and smells a bit weird. But, then again so does fresh ginger.

Has an off odor - I'm tossing it.

Its so strong impossible to drink. Your throat hurts with any liquid or receipt
