I didn't order a 2.5 oz package of cinnamon sticks. I ordered an 8 oz package and neither one of them came as they sent me the wrong item all together and I've written enough about this and the discombobulated system you have using AI about to a cs person twice but it was too early not 48 hours had passed because it was still in the back office. A bunch of nonsense didn't refund the application online on Sunday, April 5th, but that never got resolved. I finally had to call my credit card company on Monday to dispute the whole charge

I buy cinnamon like this to use in my coffee percolator for added flavor. Cinnamon has a potent smell, but this particular brand had something wrong with it. The cinnamon sticks had a nausea inducing smell to them. It had a heavy chemical odor that reminded me of pesticides. I threw the bag away.

They were not individual sticks, it was two that were not separate from one other. I put these in my creamer, when breaking apart, they broke in pieces and putting in liquid, when pouring my creamer I got to many pieces . I would not recommend.

These sticks are massive.
