The Twilight Zone: The Complete Series (DVD)

I've loved watching the Twilight Zone since I was a little girl, but it's generally on TV in the middle of the night. I love being able to pick which episode to watch. I have my favorites, but I don't think there are any that I dislike. A great buy for those who like to watch early sci-fi.

If you're a fan of the series, this is the set for you. All seasons, every episode. Burgess Meredith, Robert Redford. This is more than great entertainment. See many superstars before they became well known. A wonderful companion to this would be "Twilight Zone: The Movie"

Quality product at great price!

Arrived in perfect condition with no damage to the DVD's.

really enjoyed watching all the episodes.

Works fine. Good price

I was rewatching the old Twilight Zone on streaming, then they started charging for it. This way I can see it with no ads and pay for it once.

Loved the 1st couple discs...just the right length of time to watch (less than 30 minutes each episode)...then looked up the actors to see whatever became of them. Intend to watch them this summer w/my 13-yr-old granddaughter who enjoys a good scare but doesn't need foul language & sexual innuendo to spoil the story. I love it for that aspect...only great writing & acting is needed to be totally entertaining!

This is a repackaging of the earlier episodes-only individual season releases, but all five seasons are now available together. Basically, it is wonderful to have the complete Twilight Zone series in one package, and with good picture and sound quality. My only complaint is with the case in which the DVDs are housed. Discs are both overlapped and stacked, up to three of them on a hub. I understand the idea of high-density disc storage, and this set does conserve precious shelf space, but I find this arrangement awkward and difficult to handle. Fortunately, each disc in the set is labeled by season, disc number, and the episodes it contains, so it is not necessary to store discs in the case if one has a better alternative. In summary, if you want a quality release of the complete, original Twilight Zone series at a reasonable price, go for this one, especially if you are not fussy about how it is packaged. If packaging matters to you, buy this one and put the discs in another type of case or a binder. Either way, this historic series looks and sounds as good as ever. Again, this is an episodes-only release, so there are no extras, special features or commentary. A Blu-ray version of the set exists, and is somewhat more expensive, but this review concerns only the standard DVD release.

I did not give 5 stars because I did not receive product, but for the price I was happy and customer service was very friendly and helpful to me. My issue was with the mail not Walmart and my experience with Walmart was great.
