The Wiz (Blu-ray)

The Wiz has to be one of the most underrated, unerappreciated movies of all times. I caught it for free on my cable provider and hadn't seen it in a while, and noticed how much fabulous music there was in it. Bought the soundtrack, loved that, then bought this movie, and have watched it about 3 times. Not only is the Wiz jam packed with talented dancers, actors, musicians, relationships, like between Quincy Jones and Michael Jackson were formed, that spawned, I believe the era of Michael Jackson as the King of Pop, and that's just scratching the surface. I would suggest finding some video on the importance of this film.

Good old school movie

I purchased this copy for a gift. I have it on Blu-ray and regular DVD. This is one of the most entertaining movies of all time!

I love this video for everyone. I love the story and the music. The Wiz is a classic.

I would recommend this movie to anyone because its a good film and I love this movie but your copy freezes a lot only at the beginning I'm not happy about it I really think if I exchange it the new one will do the very same,I didn't keep my receipt so I sadly just kept it...no I'm not going to tell ppl to buy it from Walmart because your copy as far as my purchase goes is not good,now if you could exchange it without the receipt I would appreciate it and pray it was better than the one I have.

It was broken and didn't work

Too bad they had to modernize this movie. The play was so spectaular but this movie falls far short of the great material they had to work with. It left a bitter taste in my mouth. Bad! Bad! Bad!
