It is very well made,compact and you can take it anywhere.I use it before and after I stretch,exercise or work out.It takes out the tension and relaxes the muscles.I would recommend this product.
My grandma was recommended to get this by massage therapist and she asked me to order it for her. She really likes it.
They used this in me in physical therapy, and I wanted one of my own. I wasn't sure that this collapsible one would be the same, but it's awesome. This one is less expensive, and the handles disappear inside, so it's easier to pack away. I love it!

It is very useful to my girl friend. She uses one in PT and now at home also.
I really like this roller with the retractable handles. It's not super heavy. I believe I paid about $24 which was a pretty good price compared with other pieces of foam. It's not something i would set on the ground for me to roll on as the handles are pretty necessary for the functionality. I generally use it for rolling my shin muscles (tibialis anterior), calves (soleus and gastrocnemius), thighs (quadriceps femoris), and hamstrings (biceps femoris). I gave it four stars because it met my expectations, but didn't go way beyond.
Similar to what is used it PT. Easy enough for my 7yo to do with supervision. Seems like good quality
