Good quality prenatal
A good quality pre conception multi vitamin with the right forms of folate. Recommended by the author who wrote "It Starts With The Egg." I would recommend for those trying to get pregnant but they also have a prenatal to start taking later into the first trimester that is great as well. The only thing missing from Theranatal Core is DHA if there is any downside and like most multvitamin it smells a little and has a little taste but that doesn't bother me.

Not easy on stomach
Pros: Has a form of folic acid called methylfolate that is much more easily absorbed Cons: Made me extremely nauseous/G.I. upset even when I took it with food. Tried to take it at night and it caused to sleep disturbance likely because of the vitamin B.
