I have a movement disorder that pulls my neck muscles (and head) to one side. Very painful. These have been a lifesaver when having to travel a long distance (or fly) to my Dr's appt. The heat remains for hours. I use under my neck brace. So I really feel it!! Almost as good as my heating pad I use at home.

These pads provide quick pain relief so I keep them around in different sizes to relieve aches caused by sleeping or overuse, etc. They are a non-medication, effective solution for me. It's one of very few products that you get your money's worth and more. I see they changed the packaging. Up to 16 hours of relief and sometimes more than that. They definitely work. I wish I had bought stock in them when they first came out. I'd be a very rich person. I've tried everything out there. You can't beat ThermaCare. Make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying. It helps if you flex the area of your body to its fullest position, that way if you stretch, they won't come off. Don't let me be the only one with a good back, try them and see for yourself. This is deep heat.

I was skeptical but in a lot of excruciating pain so I decided to these and I'm Extremely Pleased how Well they work and how long they lasted.thanks if you're not sure give them a try you won't be sorry they start soothing and relieving pain right away

Absolutely love this product!! Purchased for my husband when his shoulders were hurting so bad after 13 hours of landscaping %26 carrying the equipment basically all day, healed him almost instantly.. %26 this also helped with my neck stiffness I was having all day during my menstrual cycle.. Miraculous. Put on in the night, took my pain away when I woke by morning %26 Stays on all day %26 warm all through night into the day.. very soothing %26 comforting. Stays in place if placed well enough the first time

I buy these for my elderly father who has arthritis in his shoulders. He says they really work well. I'll continue to buy them as long as he asks for them.

Doesn't get as hot as you think it will, but still works relatively well for easing the trapezius (and related) muscles when you have a crick in your neck. This product and a little pain reliever (Tylenol, advil, aleve, etc) go a long way to making an annoying muscle ache tolerable.

i have used this product for years. the muscle relaxation lasts even after the heat is no longer felt. this used to have 5 stars but lately the adhesive does not stay on for the full 8-12 hrs like before, I am lucky to get it to stick for 4 hrs. that is why the drop in stars

This is not the same product as before. The wrap is significantly smaller and doesn't get warm. I will never purchase again, a complete waste of money !
