Oh my Gosh. This freaking printer is an amazing printer. No need to go to a truck stop and get whatever needed printed. I just do it in my truck with absolutely no worries. Just print out my BOL and go on my very way. Very easy to use. Just plain ole common sense.
This is easy to set up and to print. I use this in my business and I am very happy with it. A heads up to order extra paper asap as they don't give you many sheets in the package. Moses Lake doesn't have it for sale anywhere. I ordered mine from eBay.
absolutely no dislikes about this product it's amazing it's easy it's fun to use it was worth every penny I spent on it and it makes us so convenient if you need to print out a bill or digital coupons or your kids want color pages is it fast and quiet and absolutely amazing quality
This is a fantastic portable printer! Easy to use from my phone or laptop. It's light weight, slender and fits perfectly in the drawer, the wonderful thing is actually that there isn't a need for ink cartridges. The price of this printer is the same as TWO ink cartridges and worth the price!
it doesn't hold the paper rolls within the unit, its difficult to keep the rolled paper alined during printing so it crunches one side of the paper, i thought i was getting the 300 dpi but its only 200 dpi. and it could have come with a little more paper to learn how to use.
The instructions are completed inadequate. To find instructions for this model, i used youtube. there is a code, but it links you to generic instructions for different models not this one. The paper they send is rolled, not sheets. The rolled paper is impossible to get flat after printing.
extremely hard to connect to phone. printed one picture now cant connect to android phone. instructions are hard to read writing is too small. says to use feed paper button for info. No paper feed on printer wish i had bought another type this is junk
I have no idea if this printer works well or not, because I could not get that far! The printer driver would not install, and my computer (running Windows 10) was not able to find a driver that would work. The printer is being returned tomorrow morning!!!
If you want to use this printer with a mobile phone it’s pretty easy to use. If you want to use it with a laptop you are in for a frustrating experience. First of all there are no real directions and the little pamphlet isn’t entirely helpful. I’m still not sure if the printer is compatible with a Chromebook or not. I guess the fact that I have yet to print anything from a Chromebook laptop tells me everything I need to know. Just be aware of its limitations. Mobile phones yes. Laptops depends.
practically unusuable. the thing is too glitchy, and doesn't stay connected to devices. you can't connect to anything on your phone or computer to print off. and the paper for letter size which is very hard to find for it, is very expensive. so I bought very expensive paper that I can't use to print because the printer doesn't recognize what I need to print off. Do not buy this if you need to print documents or anything from a file
