The print quality is great and the required app is straightforward and user-friendly. Documents are printed quickly and the device is fairly quiet (or at least quieter than my old inkjet and laser printers). The printer is small which makes it practical when traveling. I can only recommend. Just keep in mind that documents printed on thermal paper don't keep as long a.k.a. the ink will fade after some years, so it is important to make/keep digital copies.

This little portable printer is kinda cool! It's incredibly convenient for printing on the go. Setup was a breeze, and the print quality is surprisingly good for a thermal printer. It's lightweight and doesn't take up much space in my truck or on my desk. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

Clear printing, looks like an ink printer without the fear of smearing it. I love how compact and portable it is. Takes up less space on my desk. Hp app the app is so easy to navigate and it has a ton of easy to use templates to complete any project.

This is easy to set up and to print. I use this in my business and I am very happy with it. A heads up to order extra paper asap as they don't give you many sheets in the package. Moses Lake doesn't have it for sale anywhere. I ordered mine from eBay.

There are no more simple printers in existence. HP all-inone, do not buy unless you want to have a subscription you cannot cancel....if you cancel the printer will NOT print for you anymore. I bought the portable printer A4 works great, but you have to buy paper online. Not in the store. Not a bad price for paper $6.?? plus tax.

I ordered a roll of paper that came with it and understood it to be standard paper size or letter size. prom is you have to rip it off and it leaves a jagged edge. that's not good for the office. also, I ordered a package that came with. I can't remember it was four or five or six rolls of paper and never received it.

If you want to use this printer with a mobile phone it's pretty easy to use. If you want to use it with a laptop you are in for a frustrating experience. First of all there are no real directions and the little pamphlet isn't entirely helpful. I'm still not sure if the printer is compatible with a Chromebook or not. I guess the fact that I have yet to print anything from a Chromebook laptop tells me everything I need to know. Just be aware of its limitations. Mobile phones yes. Laptops depends.

This is not a good item for any senior to try and use. Requires too many products to make it work or apps. Would be great for some tekkie. Some one who has blue tooth, other apps, before it can work. It says. for travel. Yes, then only special paper is used, needed. Not for a regular, home person. I had to return it. My son thought it would help his senior mom. Nope!

I have no idea if this printer works well or not, because I could not get that far! The printer driver would not install, and my computer (running Windows 10) was not able to find a driver that would work. The printer is being returned tomorrow morning!!!
