ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS THERMAL PRINTER!!! It has saved me SO much time and probably $$ by not having to go to staples to print out each shipping label. And I am able to avoid cancellations because I can print the ship label from anywhere because it's cordless, wireless %26 connects to Bluetooth (you don't have to have a WiFi connection if you have your label saved) I have never even charged my printer and I've been using it for 6? 7? months now. If you have been trying to find a thermal printer for your online shopping—this is the one you want!! My only complaint is that if you want to print stuff like to do lists or resumes (like it advertises) … its not ideal for that. It only prints black N white %26 the paper is rolled and stays in a roll-form because, well, it takes the exact shape of the roll it just printed off of (understandable.)

I use to drive for a living. I often had to print BOL's or other paperwork on the fly. In the past, I would have to travel off course to find a place that would print from email which was not always easy. My wife found this thermal printer at Walmart. It doesn't need cords. Has a built in battery and lasts a long time. Doesn't need ink. Its bluetooth can can print from either my phone or tablet! This was a game changer for me. The only issue is...the paper. Thermal paper is thin, and curls easily. To solve this issue, after I printed, I would fold the paper in half against the curl, and place it in my work binder for the rest of the drive. In a day or so of being in the binder, it would eradicate the curl. Paper for the printer was hard to find. Very, very few Walmarts actually carry the printer. I travel all over the US and Canada and went to DOZENS of Walmarts looking for paper. No one carried it. Then I remembered I live in the 2020's, and there's this thing called the internet. Amazon and eBay did not carry the product, or at least, I was unable to find it. So I tried Walmart.com and they carried the paper for my printer. The paper is inexpensive. And small. Easy to transport and doesn't take up much room in my bag. You can print about 25 sheets from one roll, which is plenty for me. As a bonus, it was a 2 pack! So I have an extra roll as a back up. I'll never run out of paper. I really love this printer, and now that I know where to find it, I'll always have the means to print invoices, BOL's, or any documents I need to print on the fly. Very happy with the product, with the caviat that the paper itself curls and is thin-but for the pay off of being able to carry a small wireless bluetooth printer with me, its well worth it. And as I noted in my review, Its easy to bypass those issues if you fold the paper after you print it, and let your binder help "flatten" it to put an end to that annoying curl. Great product. Highly recommend!

Product is great. Mybonly issue is its not sold in stores, and Walmart is the only place to buy this product.

after the paper is done printing it's going to keep rolling back up so you need to put it in plastic sleeves a folder will not do the trick but if you have clear plastic sleeves to put in a binder it works out great so I use it it's a fun little quick printing thing

To be clear, this rolled thermal paper works just fine ... no complaiints. MY COMPLAINT is with the OnTrac shipping service! When I finally got the package after 3 delivery attempts, and an online chat to "clear up" my address, the original Walmart shipping label was in perfect condition and my address was very clearly seen and easily readable! Can anybody read over there at OnTrac? We've had multple issues with this shipping service over the last 15 years or so, probably more than all the others put together (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, USPS, etc.)
