An hour well spent.
Factory package and instructions. The seals are perfect. The instructions are sketchy. I recommend watching several You Tube videos, first. Be sure to use plumber's grease. Repacking the hold-down screws is the hard park (good luck), but I got it done.

I would suggest that plumbers silicone grease be added to the package/order. It helps on ball seal operation.
