Thetford Rv Drain Valve Lubricant - 24 oz - PN 15843

I had drained my tanks so that I could replace a few gaskets and such. After reassembly my drain valves were very hard to operate. Gently closed the valves and added the drain lubricant to my tanks from inside toilet and sinks. I then added a few gallons of water to the grey and black tanks. The next day on draining the system the valves operated as new. Great product!

Came in the mail quickly. We use it for our RV regular maintenance. Thankful for the product! Keeps things in good condition.

My drain valve was so hard to open and close, I was sure it needed to be replaced. I tried Thetford RV drain valve lubricant because it was so hard to get to the drain valve. The drain valve is under the RV and it's all covered for winter protection. Just one application of the drain valve lubricant and it is like new again! Miracle!

Had some sticky tank release valves on my holding tanks on my RV. Followed the directions and it cleared them up. Saved me the task of trying to remove and replace them. One of the valves was so deep I would have had to remove most of the system just to get to it. It was a life saver. Worked great on rejuvenating the toilet valve too.

I've used this product for a couple years. It really seems to help keep my blank and grey tank valves in good shape.

We weren't sure if this would work or not, but for under $10.00, it's worth a try. We followed the easy directions for a sticky valve (very hard to open and close) and it seemed to move a tad easier. We're hoping that the next time we use it, it will be even better. Our plan is to repeat the treatment like the directions suggest. Fingers crossed!

I ordered and paid for this product but haven't received it.

I placed an order for the Thetford RV Drain Lubricant and it was to be delivered in two days. On the second day, I was advised that there was a delay with the product being shipped to me; no other information. I immediately tried to cancel the order as the delayed delivery would make the product, whenever it came, of no use to me. (I had to get the maintenance done asap, on the RV, due to an upcoming trip and as a result, had to make a trip to a further away RV store for the same product.) During a chat with a Walmart representative, I was advised that the order could not be canalled. I could take it back to the local Walmart store for a refund, but I would still have to pay the shipping charges!! The rep then checked for me, and received permission, to give me a $10 gift card, via the email, to cover the shipping cost. However, two days later and I am still chatting with Walmart trying to get the gift card that I was promised. This is the third time that an order was delayed with no feedback as to when it would arrive. (One order with a five day delivery window took a month.) I won't be using Walmart Online for any purchases because of this problem.

This bottle didn't do anything for my valves. I have three different ones for three different tanks didn't make a difference. In fact it gummed up my sensors for a couple of weeks. Maybe your mileage will vary . Maybe it's made for spanking new valves to keep them squeaky clean and lubricated. From my eight-year-old trailer it didn't help . I won't be buying it again.
