It's a process, but it works
The hardest part is just following the instructions waiting for a warm day filling your tank with water and then letting it sit. It really does work best if you do it before you go to the park that way when you get there, you can just empty your tank after it's been splashing around. Totally got rid of the smell that we were dealing with for almost a year.

Thetford tissue digester was a life saver.
Our RV toilet was plugged with toilet paper. The plunger didn't work, the snake didn't work. We started adding small amounts of the tissue digester each day when we could. We were advised to drive our RV over rough roads to agitate it, but didn't have time to hook up and do that. One week later, we moved to a new location, drove over numerous bumpy roads and drained our septic tank. The toilet was still plugged. But after plunging for about 20 minutes, we suddenly heard a whoosh and the toilet was cleared.

Wrong item was shipped. They shipped Drain Valve Lubricant instead of Tissue Digester.
