I bought these for my 11-year-old daughter and they have been a huge help, especially for school. It honestly beats having her change a pad throughout the day. With her flow, these keep her protected until she gets home, which gives both of us peace of mind. She also has sensory issues, and pads just didn't work for her. She told me these feel really comfortable and just like regular underwear, which is a big win for us. Definitely recommend for younger girls, especially if they struggle with traditional products.
I've been debating on getting these for a long time now as my periods are fairly heavy. So I felt that I'd get some leaking with this underwear. Before these I wore pads. Pads make me sweat a lot down there and they just made me itch a lot. So I bought one pair to start and I'm not regretting it. There's definitely less sweat now and it's more comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is sizing up as they don't stretch as much. I definitely won't be going back to pads.
My menstruation recently returned after giving birth in the hospital a couple months ago, therefore my flow is incredibly heavy. After wearing these for 12 hours, there was no blood leakage. I did not feel like I was wearing anything at all, most of those 12 hours. However, the package states that it minimizes smells. I can say firsthand that the smell accumulates quickly, but that could just be my own biology. This is a wonderful product; however, twenty dollars is a significant amount for a singular pair of period underwear. I would be more willing to buy these for $20 with two pairs in the package.
Look I am the BIGGEST hater of period panties. I swore I would never try these, because I could not imagine them being sanitary or comfortable… These are now my favorite panties, even when off my cycle. No more panty liners, or worrying about pads sitting right. These allow me to wear white pants without worrying about spotting due to my birth control, or even just a sneeze that catches me on the way to the bathroom lol. 10/10 comfortable and don't look any different than regular panties. 1000/10 hygiene (idk how they managed to do this seriously) I do wish they were a little more affordable, however it is worth the price!
I was a bit worried because I've never tried a “reusable” pad before but THESE, THESE are the truth. Perfect for the beginning %26 end (especially at the end when I think it's done and BAM, SURPRISE!) I also love wearing these for overnight protection so I don't leak. I'll be buying these over pads forever now!
I have sudden urges and will “dribble” small amounts en route to commode. This underwear garment provides the absorption, protection, and privacy I want. They look like regular panties. I wear the same pair sunrise till bedtime. I previously used a pantyliner, which doesn't absorb, maybe changing once a day, I didn't like the dampness against my skin. I never experience any feel of moisture using these briefs, there's no bulky feeling, no odor. I have washed at least 15 times, air drying, and they look, feel, and perform like they're new just out of the box. Fit is perfect and don't lose their shape. Still do my Kegels, combined with wearing this garment, and I'm happy.
Very discreet, looks and acts like every day undergarment. For light urge/dribble/leak. No pads needed. Washable, not bulky, undetectable under clothing. These provided the protection I needed and gave me the confidence to go about my normal daily activities. Highly recommended
I used period underwear before, they were thongs from amazon. (love thongs bc I normally get sensory issues with more coverage) I always had a light period previously which the thongs were perfect for. Since getting a copper IUD, I have been bleeding through a regular tampon in less than an hour. I filled an ultra up within 5 hours. It says they soak up 12 regular tampons but I think they could soak up more tbh. These period panties are so comfy and they don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper, you can't see them through plants at all! I got a Medium which is my normal size in undies. For reference I'm 5'5 128-135 ibs, I wear size 2-4 pants, and small-medium shirts. They fit just how I wanted them to, they fit snug but not too tight, well the seams were a little tight so I ripped them a little by stretching them out with my hands. If you're like me and hate tampons and also worry about TSS absolutely buy these! I checked the Thinx website and the cheapest ones they had were $19, so these are definitely worth it. Comparing these to my old period panties they are amazing, no wet feeling when you out them back on, no stentch either!!! If you're on the verge of buying these just do it! life changing! I ordered 6 more right away lol.
I really like these. It took me a while to invest in my first pair, but I'm glad I did. I am hoping to save money by not having to buy feminine products as frequently. My only complaint is the sizing. I followed tv size chart, but they are small, and I do NOT like small underwear. I kept them because I thought returning underwear (even just tried on, not worn) would be gross. So now trying to decide if I want to go ahead and buy the XL and hope for better luck.
I like the period underwear because it's something quick to put on rather than fiddling with a pad and I don't wear tampons. I usually go between this and depends because my cycles are very heavy. I typically wear these at night and I found that they leak sometimes but that is because I leave them on for too long, so be mindful to not leave them on too long when your flow is super heavy overall they don't show through most close and they are comfortable to wear and work out in.
