I bought these for both my wife and myself. They were easy to install, they sound great, and it's very easy for my wife to ring my bell for me to ring her bell.

It works well for small thumbs
These don't slide and make the tinkle-y sound like those I had as a child but they do the job--the little thumb button is like a hammer and makes just one ding. The mount is adjustable so it can be moved to another "vehicle" when needed.
