Taste is fine, don't know what people are expecting. Ingredients are cleaner than other electrolyte powder, scoop is good size and it really works

Great product

James June 1, 2024

S. Texas heat requires electrolytes for your body to prevent cramping. Thorne, is great and keeps me going. Also tastes good. Take in the morning ! Walmart shipped fast too.

Love the flavor and convenience

KAYSEY S. May 19, 2025

My whole family loves this product. It is not too sweet and has a good flavor. I love it for the B vitamins as well as hydration and use it for a preworkout. My husband uses it for the electrolytes since he works outside all the time.

Best Electrolytes on the Market

whitney November 9, 2022

Best hydration powder on the market! The others don't even come close. Great taste and sustained energy throughout the day!

fine. too sweet / too much flavor

TED F. May 25, 2025

mixed in larger container (16oz v recommended 12oz). Find the taste too sweet and overdone. Would really like to see a Catalyte that is unflavored/lightly flavored.

Mixed Results: Hydrates but lacks taste

Hunter B. January 2, 2025

The powder's poor solubility leaves gritty residue at the bottom of the bottle, requiring constant shaking to maintain an even mixture. While it contains essential electrolytes for hydration, the slightly artificial aftertaste, and chalky undertones make it less enjoyable than competing products. The hydration benefits are present, but the mixing issues and subpar taste make it hard to want to repurchase but potentially would try a different flavor.

Doesn't fully mix; gritty

Kyle April 6, 2025

I haven't used it long but initial reactions are ok. It doesn't fully solubilize or mix so it's gritty and settles out. Taste is okay. We'll see how it performs long term.

Taste

Scott January 29, 2025

I live everything about this product except for the taste. It taste like a lemon creamsicle. Please make a different flavor. I wont be buying it again until something is done with the flavor which is unfortunate because on paper its the best electrolyte in the market.
