Thyme & Table 15-Piece Knife Block set with Sharpener, Gunmetal

This knife set is extremely sharp. I've bought j henkel knives for quality thinking they would be awesome but we're not. Meanwhile I bought these for decoration and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality. I have been slicing and dicing through my items with ease. The biggest test was a whole chicken which usually leaves my wrist hurting afterwards. However I used a smaller knife and still was able to glide through the bones and meat with little to no difficulty. This set is amazing.

This knife block is just what everyone needs on their kitchen counter. With the built in knife sharpener is a game changer. I have it in the blue color and it really pops. The knifes are metallic and one piece which will last a l9ng time.

I bought these for my daughter I used these for chopping an cutting food they are very heavy duty and durable. Nicest knives I've ever seen or used. Beautiful gold an thick.

I bought this as a foft for my boyfriend and he loves it! The sleekness of the design and the gunmetal color are very appealing to the eye. The knives are a good weight and have a good solid handle. it was exactly what he was looking for when he mentioned wanting a good knife set.

I love these knives they are very sharp with an easy to grip handle. I feel like the design of a metal handle is great for eliminating bacteria.

I was skeptical about buying this set because I usually purchase Expensive knife sets because I cook alot but these did NOT disappoint, So Sharp and A great value!

The knives are nice. I have been hand washing to avoid any rusting. The gold paint was weird so I sanded it and painted it a creamy white.

They look and sound like a great knife set online. As someone who works a lot and doesn't love being in public I do most of my shopping online. I'm pretty shocked that this set has a 4.5 star rating. The block is made of a very soft wood that you could dent with your finger nail. The finish on the wood has a strong older to it. I received the set with many dents and dings in the wood block. The finish on the block has many flaws in it as if it was wrapped in plastic before it was done drying. The block will quickly have knife pokes around the slits where you place the knives. The knives don't fit in the slits well and all the knives sit in the block crooked. The knife set its self also has flaws in the finish. Even after washing the finish has lines in it again as if they were put in plastic before they were dry? The knives function just fine and do their job. I bought them to replace my 20 year old knife set and if I'm being honest the 20 year old knife set looks nicer than the new set. The only thing that looks nice on the set is the company brand logo. If they put as much care into the quality of the product as they did in the logo I'd probably have a beautiful knife set that I enjoy cooking with.
