Absolutely worth it
These are so beautiful and well made! I'm glad I got them. They're heavy and easy for my little girl to feel in her hands (she has dyspraxia and proprioception issues due to autism). They hold a glorious amount of soup and we both love them.

This is a large pretty heavy bowl, almost a double cereal bowl. The gold along the rim is OK in the microwave-not a problem.

The 'more details' link for these bowls claim they have 38oz capacity, but it's half that. The photo included is next to a 2-cup pyrex
