Just got this, so I really can't say much about the use. Time will tell. Overall satisfied with colr and esthetics. I'm updating my kitchen and color scheme. It's not too big or small and fits well in my utensil holder. I will give an update after my first initial use.

Absolutely love this brand %26 the luxe collection is so nice with the gold. Perfect size meat tenderizer especially for chicken. It's not too heavy %26 fits perfectly compared to all the old school ones. Definitely happy to have this with my collection. Easy to clean too

Nice!
I looked at several including Pioneer Women, but I didn't like the shape of hers. TAT is a good weight, fits nice in your hand and looks attractive. I have not washed it yet, but it is not recommended for use in the dish washer. Hand wash only.

In an attempt to make my chicken cutlets more tender, I bought this beautiful meat mallet by Thyme and Table. Their products are sprinkled throughout my kitchen. Thyme and Table just makes me happy, beautiful and useful as well !

Gold will end up in food
It's cute but the label warns against using abrasive materials and using dish washer. The quality leaves looks like the gold color would flake very easily and I worry about it getting into food. This came as a substitution in my Walmart delivery but I returned it shortly after seeing the quality
