Thyme & Table Stainless Steel Ulu Chef Knife

We have been talking about getting an ulu knife for years, but they were always too expensive. Thrilled to have found this one. The holder isn't great, as it doesn't keep the knife super secure, but that's my only critique. Knife is sharp. Works well. Great price.

love this knife. comes with it's own stand made of wood. the knife it's self made well and fits my hands very well. chops herbs with ease. and honestly that's what I bought it and all it's going to be used for. I do recommend one thing that if you do purchase this knife or any good quality knife always use it with a wooden cutting board. because plastic cutting boards or glass ones or none at all will damage the natural edge of the blade and you will never get the same sharp cut back. trust me I learned that the hard way. but being said, I highly recommend this knife.

I bought this for my daughter because she loves to cook. She says it's great for herbs so it is only used for herbs and she bought another for other things.

Turn out better than expected. nice sturdy, sharp . nice grip. worth the buy if you like this type of design. it's not like a cheap run of mill knife. would buy again. I bought it as a meat jerky knife. well satisfied.

Delivered on time! Nice looking rocker knife. Bought for an early Christmas gift for our monoplegic son-in-law. He loved it!

Works great! I use it for so many things in my kitchen. Especially great for cutting dough, pancakes, etc.

Used this knife for the first time, and I already like it. It chops and dices so fast. I like this knife better than any food chopper I've ever used, and I don't have all those parts of the food chopper to take apart and clean. It sold for only $9.97 which I feel is a good price for it. Not sure how long the wood handle will hold up after being washed, but I still feel it was well worth the money, and the knife does a great job.

I have two of these, first one is great, second one that I just received has a slightly loose handle.
