Purchased item for my baby's birthday. The colors are vibrant. Sound is loud. He has well over 100 games and it doesn't lag. The battery last almost an entire day and it charges quickly. The protective case is a nice plus.

First off this is a huge tablet. I believe it's 11 inches. I use it to stream movies on YouTube and other streaming services. The battery holds a long charge and the screen is good quality. I am very happy with it and can recommend this tablet.

Will not hook up to internet Worked fine for 2 months all other computers working fine

I received my tablet yesterday. It started out working fine and got it set up. It seemed a little glitchy when first set it up. Last night checking things out like the memory card slot to make sure card I had would fit. Well, I placed card in slot and it keeped going through to inside of tablet. I finally got it out but afterwards the tablet started been very glitchy and started going to various screens keeping me from doing anything. It was doing things on its own. I also did a factory reset. How can I get a refund?

I had great hopes for this tablet, but that wasn't to be. I have fiber optic internet and the router is in the same room I tried to set up the tablet. It took several tries for it to recognize the network. This thing is slow as Christmas. My laptop and phone run rings around it. I tried to watch a movie on it. It kept buffering every few seconds. So, no joy.

This was a birthday gift for my spouse.. I open and set up the tablet last night. She got about 3 to 4 hours use from it. Today when she went to log in, she got the "BLACK SCREEN" OF DEATH. It would show black screen for a few seconds than shut off. I charged it thinking it might have been low battery but to no avail, and powered up in "safe mode" I would get the white screen with the name of this product as if it was trying to boot up but again, it goes black.

runs incredibly slow. better stuff out there for the same price. I'm only using it to run a audio interface control, otherwise I would of returned it.

It's hard to turn on. The power button is recessed into the unit so much that it takes a pen to push it in. Very slow to respond.

Stopped charging or powering on after about a month. When working was extremely slow paying online solitaire.
