It's clear blue cellophane. We got it for a school project to make an ocean, and we did have to put some blue paper underneath! There is a lot on the roll. It would definitely work for wrapping a gift basket or something. It isn't a very long roll, so a small gift basket I guess.
So many different uses. Who knew I could wrap presents, tint windows, change the light on the flag pole from bright white to somber green for Veterans honor.
Very satisfied. Easy to work with. Very impressed with thickness and the color was not too transparent or too opaque.

Yes, this cellophane was just like I hoped it would be clear and I wrap Easter baskets in it and it worked out great
