Ticonderoga Number 2 Soft Pencils, Wood-Cased Graphite Black Pencil, 12 Count

This is graphite or carbon. It can smudge which is great if you are drawing. It doesn't seem so great if your are bubbling a test. Keep a piece of white paper down where your hand is. You will not have to rebubble it, told it can not be read so come back in the summer or we are sorry but you will not graduate. Use Ticonderoga pencils to resolve any issue. Ticonderoga Have great value because of its many uses.

My sons enjoy the black color for homeschool. They find it unique and more specialty boy colored. The quality is great, they sharpen well and don't break. Just what you expect from this brand. Writes cleanly.

Extremely fast shipping my kids love the pencils and besides, I got the black color because everybody else has the yellow pencils for their school supplies?

They had a great smell of wood & lead brought back memories of when I was in elementary school!!!! They're lightweight, smooth, write perfectly & has a good eraser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 12-ct. TICONDEROGA #2 Sharpened pencils from TryIt Sampling. I love these pencils. They come presharpened. They write well and last a while. They are just the right fit in my hand. They sharpen well when they need to be sharpened.

These are presharpened great pencils! They come in a pack of twelve. My package looked like it had been through some trauma.... but they all survived the trip.

I have used many pencils, including the common yellow #2 pencils everyone else uses but none come close to this one. THE WORLD'S BEST PENCIL!!!

Years ago, I had bought these pencils. My father in law saw one recently and wanted to know where I had gotten them because he LOVES number 2 soft pencils and said they were hard to find. I decided to get him some of his own, went back into my orders, checked the description carefully, and ordered him some of his own. The ones that arrived are the basic number 2 pencils....NOT the number 2 soft that he was hoping for. They also did not have Dixon Ticonderoga as the old ones did. Just Ticonderoga. Again, I checked the description carefully before I bought these. He will get some of my old batch that he loves but the erasers won't work anymore. I will keep the new regular pencils for myself. The description should be for what a customer actually gets, for those who care.

I did not receive the black pencils I ordered, I received the yellow pencils instead. I specifically ordered the black pencils as pictured. Not happy.
