My kids are very sensitive to detergent, and this laundry detergent was perfect. It not cause any reaction to their skin. I would say it washes the clothes fairly well. The only thing is it did not completely remove all of the stains but does a decent job on removing most of it.

As soon as I opened it up, the smell hit me. The smell wasn't unpleasant but it wasn't pleasant either. It reminded me of alcohol. The soap works about just the same as any old regular free and gentle laundry detergent. In my opinion, I would stick getting another brand because they work the same, except other brands don't smell like this. Looking at the ingredients, they use alcohol as a solvent, which means it's the thing that the other things are dissolved it. It really does make it smell like alcohol. Stick to another brand that does the same thing without the smell.
