[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide detergent has consistently upheld its quality and features a lovely scent, in contrast to some brands that have lowered their standards. I’ve been using Tide for many years and have no plans to switch brands. It always leaves my family’s clothes clean and smelling wonderful and fresh.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product appears as shown, it is effective and concentrated to help get rid of stains and smells. I’ve been using Tide for as long as I can remember.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This detergent leaves my clothes smelling fresh and clean long after they’ve been washed. It’s concentrated so a little bit goes a long way. I would recommend to others looking for a good scented detergent.
I love my daughter Shannon, but her ability to get the toughest stains on the whitest clothes might be unparalleled. For some reason she decided that her friends advice of “just wear your socks” to go to her birthday party two blocks away was solid to follow! And she doesn’t wear dark colored socks, or find her slides, no way! She pulled on her brand new white knee high socks with pink hearts all over them she just got for Valentine’s Day! So when she wandered up to me the next day with a rolled up ball of socks and a “you know my heart socks? I got grass stains all over them” I knew it was time to put to boosted test to work. We threw it in the wash and as a lifelong tide user I had no doubt the result, the stains came out. Shannon is thrilled, although I will be making sure those socks will be accompanied by a pair of shoes the next time she wears them!
I have used Tide for years. This past year the scent has become overwhelming. My nose started itching like crazy all the time. The scent seemed to stick to my skin. I now use the unscented Tide. Much better, but I do miss the lighter scented Tide.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide is great. I just wish they would bring back the original scent. Why do you have to fix something that isn't broken? It's an awful scent now.
I’ve always considered Tide Original to be a great pick. It always gets the job done as far as stains. But as of lately, the fragrance has changed, and not for the better. What was once a pleasant mild scent has now become an overwhelming one that has me rinsing twice in the washing machine. And even then, it is too strong and lingers too long. I won’t wear any clothing out in public that I’ve washed with this new fragrance. I’ll use the rest of this bottle for towels as I search for an acceptable alternative. So disappointed.
I have always used Tide products. I've always used Tide original recently. I bought a bottle and I have found that it's a fragrance has changed and is overwhelming. I am asthmatic and it triggers me immediately. I've never had this happen before I do not know what you did to it, but it certainly is not for someone that is asthmatic. It's just like walking into a field of pollen.
BEWARE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN - THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR FORMULAS. Tide didn't used to have encapsulation technology and they do now (similar to Gain). I used Tide Original for this reason specifically and they recently added this to their formula. I have now broken out in hives everywhere. If you are sensitive to detergent you should switch to their free and clear.
I have used Tide for my entire life and just learned they recently added benzisothiazolinone to their Tide formula. I, and millions of other Americans, have an extreme allergy to preservatives such as benzisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone. I already had to stop using numerous P
