[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a long time I've waited for a good deal on TIDE products and I finally found a great one. I didn't hesitate to order right away. I've been an avid fan of TIDE since a kid because of its quality and I will keep it as our family legacy.

The product is great however the packing was not. It needs a box that more closely fits the product size. With such a heavy item it popped the plastic bubbles and the tide was tumbling around in the box which also got broken. Luckily the tide bottle did not break or fall out of the hole in the box

I ordered 4 of these bad boys and NON of them exploded like other online ordering companies. I love the smell of the product, I love that I just need to use a little, and I love that it is not over fragrant.

Unfortunately when the box was delivered it was beat up and some of my detergent spilled out. They say first impressions are everything and the only thing I was impressed with was the delivery time. I will give this site one more try and hopefully this time the condition of the box will be better so that nothing is messed up.

Ordered for me and was delivered in 2 days. Ordered for a friend of mine who just got a new washer, has disabled person at home everyday, all day. Was great because box weighs 50 lbs. It has been ONE MONTH and Fedex claims, "Business is closed or unable to access front door" Fedex said to have him look out for delivery guy from 9:00-4:00?!? Still no delivery!!! So disappointed! Would not reccommend because of Fedex, not Jet.

No problem with the product, but JET put tape on the cap that remained sticky. I've even dropped it into the washer with a few loads and it hasn't lost it's stick! Not sure if this was JET tape...because the other bottles were tapped with no problem. Possibly a tide problem, but I can't imagine that.
