Great product for the price
Great product ! We put a Tile in each of our checked luggage bags, and the app was able to locate them within a few seconds. With so many stories of misplaced bags, it gave us immense peace of mind to know that our luggage had arrived at our destination.

One of units battery needed replaced after about 1 month of service. A whole new unit had to be purchased because that battery can't be replaced

Battery doesn't last as advertised.
I bought my tile in Feb 2024 and the battery is low. It's supposed to last 3-years. I should have purchased one the has a replaceable battery. Other than the battery issue, I love it.

Good
i was expecting it to track in real time on the other side if town, it can show you the history,if you upgrade. must be within your family's phones Bluetooth range in order to find things near you instantly. if your family uses the same account for all your tiles, that would be more efficient in finding everyones phones, items, or pets in an instant. as everything connects to a Bluetooth type app, someones phone woth Bluetooth and app must be near and within range of the device. sometimes the app is a few feet off on rhe map history. i wouldn't trust the first time you look on the current location in the map. try looking 3 times the 3rd time will probably more accurate.

Waste of money
Seemed to work well at first, then stopped working. I have have these tiles for approximately two months and I already received a notice that one tile has a low battery. The batteries cannot be replaced! Seems like I wasted my money. Not happy.

Terrible
arrived and can tell they were a return because one was dirty around the attachment ring. taking them back could not get not 1 of them to connect to 4 difference phones, android and Apple following the directions and even watching YouTube
