I suffer ADHD and losing my wallet and phone is a common occurrence for me. I've missed or been late for so many appointments because of this or had to go days sometimes weeks without my car. This is a real life saver. You're not obligated to go for the premium subscription either and there are no ads. It's a great service. Well worth the money.
I received a two pack of tile pro as a stocking stuffer gift. As it was only a matter of downloading the app and connecting a tile to my keys, I did it while others in my family opened gifts. Apparently during this time my keys now equipped with a tile, sprouted legs and walked into a big box being used to hold discarded wrapping paper. I stopped taking pictures just long enough to open the app and tap the display showing my keys. Over my loud family, nat King Cole Christmas music playing on the living room speaker, I was able to clearly hear the tile and began to dig around in the rather large box stuffed with wrapping paper, bows with ribbons, and my keys. Thank you tile. I will order a slim credit card style tile for my wallet. Plus a few button tiles to tame wild wandering remotes.
I wish the instructions for adding the new tile to an existing tile would have been clear. Instead I was instructed to add a new tile. Now I have two tiles functioning under the same name. With a free account I am unable to delete the old tile. Annoying but not a deal breaker.
It never keeps up where it's at. It always says it's somewhere that I've been yesterday when I have it on me.

I've used the slim for over a week now and something is wrong. Every time I leave a place I've visited, I receive a notice that I've left my wallet there, but the wallet is still with me. So far, Support hasn't been able to diagnose the problem. It's really frustrating.
