I hade an old model that lasted me a whopping 3 years until the wear and tear finally snapped the ring hole. I love the new design, much less blocky and more sleek. Feels better in my pocket and I haven't accidentally hit the button yet! Also having the scan if found QR is a great new addition!

My cats are mostly indoor cats with a catio, but I allow them in our large fenced yard for a while each day. The one cat will sometimes jump the fence and we have to hunt her down. She never goes far, but without the Tile mate, she's often difficult to find. The Tile Mate allows us to pinpoint her pretty quickly. Before buying the Tile Mate, we bought a much more expensive GPS feature which wasn't as accurate and much bigger. We returned that and bought the Tile Mate, and I've really liked it. As for negatives, I would suggest to the manufacturer to make them smaller for cat owners. It's "okay" now but would be much better if it were smaller. I'm also looking forward to the technology to improve so the range will be broader.

This is a great product! I bought a pkg of 4 tiles to attach to my cats collars. I was afraid that the ring tone would freak them out but Tile offers different ring tones at different volume levels. It was funny to watch the cats when we first tried it...they were looking around trying to figure out where the noise was coming from. My cats generally don't stray too far from our house but can be stubborn about coming in when called. The green ring visually shows the proximity to where they are which is really helpful in locating them. Thinking about getting the stickers to attach to my husband's keys & cell phone!

The time I have gained with valued things being found fast was worth the purchase! The annual subscription let's me know I'm leaving thing behind before I'm to far to turn the car around and go get them. Put them on keys, ID, wallet, car, my dog, a jacket, a umbrella and my pepper spray. Was my Christmas gift given to my closest fam and friends and coworkers.(building a network lol)

This is my first time using something like this. I wasn't sure how they work or how well they would work. I thought they only worked with my Bluetooth for tracking for mainly finding misplaced keys. But there is a tile network of users that apparently also receive signals from the Tile that will show you locations it is at on a map. The battery is not replaceable but they claim it can last 3 years. Time will tell how long the battery will last. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. It is better than I expected.

I purchased these to put in our checked luggage when we travel!

Great product :) I have a spinal stimulator remote that I needed it for because I'm constantly forgetting where I put it:( Tile has been a lifesaver:) and I wish I knew about it sooner:) A++++++

I love Tile. I use it on my keys, in my wallet and even on my dogs' collars. Even with how rough my dogs are on their collars the Tiles held up just like new.

Hello, I have FOUR Tiles:registered: that my sister introduced to me several years ago. My experience has been poor. First off the Tiles make a sound that I cannot hear as a Deaf and Hard of Hearing person. So if I am alone trying to determine the location of my tile item, the sound is of no use to me. I was OK with that aspect so long as my phone can locate the items. A recent trip in which I got separated from my CPAP machine, which I was carrying, led me to find that TILE, could not find my bag. In fact, it said I had no tiles recorded. In contacting customer service, we found one culprit, BUT my on my phone, it continued to say that I had no TILEs in my account. Then I thought the batteries had died. I bought new batteries only to find it a moot point as well. My other gripe is the TILE APP must remain activated at all times when using my phone. I think this is crazy as an open app uses battery energy. I look forward to the day when TILE keeps track of my items while the operating system is on and when I need the phone's desktop app the information is what I need. Currently my tiles are sitting on my desk with me looking at them daily and being disappointed.

wasnt aware of the distance limitation. asked "seller" fir a return and have gotten no response. why can i not return this to walmart when that is who i purchased it from???
