This is a quality product. It is very easy to assemble although the nuts and bolts require two wrenches. I used vice grip pliers and a socket wrench which helped speed up the process. I weighed down the stand instead of fastening it to the floor. A 20lb plate on each side did the trick. Overall I am happy with this product.

They sent the product without instructions so I had to go on YouTube look up the same punching back, stand and build it, but it should have came with instructions specially for all that money
