I bought these silicone pans to get away from aluminum which Is bombarding our health. I like the silicone wrapped metal ring that gives it some sturdiness. Just beware that you have to use two hands to take out your pan. The food makes it too heavy for a one hand removal of the pan. These wash up well.

there are a game changer. heavy duty construction. easy to clean and dish washer safe. it came with measuring cups and sppons that are plastic. i had thought they would be silicone.

I received this group of baking pans and I thought the box was too heavy. When I opened it I saw why, the silicone parts are all supported by metal frameworks, which is helpful. These won't be as difficult to remove from a hot oven, when unsupported silicone tends to be pretty floppy. I'll put the roasting pan on a cookie sheet for safety. So I'm quite pleased with this set of baking aids. I didn't need the set of measuring cups and spoons, but that's not a negative to me. I'll use them for the holidays later this year, I'm sure. That means fewer times when I'll need to stop to wash equipment for reuse.

These pants are great, however the measuring cup does not include a one cup, which is very unusual. I use the bread pan to make chocolate chip banana bread and it's a little bit small other than that ease of use is phenomenal. I agree with all the other reviews, you must use two hands to remove these from the oven otherwise they sag.

I bought these pans specifically to use in the microwave to make layer cakes. I didn't use the pans in a conventional oven, but they worked fabulously in the microwave. Easy clean-up, and, as long as you spray it with some cooking spray before each use, AND wait for the cake to cool completely, the cake released from the pan nicely. My only complaint: The sides of the pans are slanted. I was expecting pans with sides that are straight up and down so when you make a two-layer cake, the cake is perfectly straight on the sides. If this company were to make a straight-sided round cake pan (for microwave use), I would buy it in a minute.

Hoping the reaches the seller, I made corn muffin in my muffin pan, the item said non stick. I did not spray the pan. The muffins all stuck. Is this something I should spray with or is my muffin pan defective?

So, the pans themselves are just OK. But overall so many issues with this.... First the pans only have metal reinforcement around the top rim, where you would hold the pan. The entire rest of the pan and bottom is just thin silicone. So if you put something like a small chicken in the small roasting pan, the bottom will lose shape and droop like a hammock! So none of the pans can really hold structure. Second peeve is the pans come in a generic, unmarked box with no name or company info. Then inside there are no papers...so no warranty, no material info, no care instructions, no contact info if there is an issue! NOTHING! Third, the plastic measuring spoons %26 cups that come with it are the cheapest, flimsy items ever! I've seen better quality utensils in a 99cents store, and honestly are probably toxic. This whole set should not cost over $10!

Don't waste your time ! It's a whole way of cooking with these pans, you have to add more liquids when baking or it will taste dry.
