Great for swelling!
Constructed from exceptionally soft material, these sleeves are quite durable. The heel is open, allowing a bit of space so it doesn't press against your skin. I wore these to bed every night before my foot surgery, and they significantly reduced swelling.

Good!
I needed this item for my ankle/foot pain. It worked to alleviate the pain. And comfortable, barely noticeable except for the gentle "support" it is supposed to give. It is not a cure but helps quite a bit!

I think it helps. I don't know if it's because of the copper or the compression but it helps with my ankle pain I believe

Thin material
They are very thin and L/XL is very small. Maybe for some peoples taste but wanted a thicker sleeve and more compression.

Compression Sleeve
I got the compression ankle sleeve the other day. I had been looking for a compression sleeve for my ankle to reduce swelling. The fit was great, but it made my ankle swell even more. I would not recommend this product.
