Was not too spicy. perfect for my wife. Could be enhanced if needed. Good base product. really liked it. I added a Walmart frozen seasoning blend of onions, peppers and celery. Used boneless, skinless chicken thighs diced up, and cut up smoked sausage. turned out really well.

My delicious treat
In my opinion, this box of deliciousness is very easy to prepare very easy to add ingredients too quick to make and very delicious. I find myself adding sometimes beef sometimes crab sometimes shrimp sometimes chicken whatever I choose but I add celery and vegetables and it comes out delicious and for the price I find myself having five or six boxes waiting because it is delicious and affordable

makes a very inexpensive meal
personally, I add my own rice to stretch the meal a little bit further. it has a great taste, I use it with different dishes with pork, tuna, stewing beef or chicken.

I have always been different brand buyer until recently that has been very spicy for my family so I went out on a limb and purchased this one and it's wonderful. We always buy this brand.

I love to have Cajun foods but i dont eat seafood. I add chicken and sausage make a side of shrimp for the rest of the family. Use biscuits for a side. Family never complains.

My favorite Jambalaya. Easy to make. Not a lot of extragant ingredients. We enjoyed it . It wasn't overly spicy.

We normally purchase Zatarains. Seen this online because we use this brand to season Turkey during the holidays. This did not disappoint.

Perfect easy instant pot meal!
This is by far better than the zatarains version I've purchased for years. I add some chopped or sliced onion %26 peppers(frozen ones work!). Maybe add a protein like shrimp, chicken or rope sausage. I cook in the instant pot for a fast, easy supper. Sauté the meats, remove. Sauté veggies, add 2 cups water, the package contents, stir. Cover cook for 10 minutes. NPR 5 minutes. QR rest of steam. Stir in protein and serve. The only reason it's not 5 star is my package was compromised and some moisture had gotten in and caused clumping.

I Will Continue To Use the Same Canister Spice
I found I had the exact spice ingredient in a canister which I had been using sparingly on recipes. It was okay for a stronger, richer choice.
