My WalMart order history shows this item as "delivered" and includes a photo showing package being left at a doorway that is not mine.
Engaging with WalMart's chatbot ended with the following: I closed by writing "So I'm clear. Based on this photo, your driver misdelivered a package I already paid for. It is up to me to find out where this package actually ended up. If I can't find out where this is, I am out of luck and out my money?"
WalMart's chatbot responded: "Order Policy Clarification - Yes, you've got it right. If the package was misdelivered and you can't locate it—even after checking with neighbors and waiting a couple of days—Walmart's policy doesn't offer a refund or replacement for this order. I know that's disappointing, especially since you paid for the item and the delivery photo isn't your address"
Hopefully I can locate this package and not be out my money.
