Total Wireless Apple iPhone 16e, 128GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

Very glad to have a budget option and pay a third, or even a quarter of what I would have had to pay for the top of the line model, and still get a new phone. I was coming out of an iPhone X so I'm very pleased with what this phone has and not disappointed by what it doesn't have because it's the budget model.

My wife and I were looking for a budget friendly option to upgrade our older model iPhones, we saw that the iPhone 16e was the same price as an iPhone 14 with our total wireless plan. The phones came quickly and we set them up with our plan fairly easily. They are taking us a little bit more time to learn how to use them as our previous phones were a 13 and 12. We love the new features and long battery life. Very nice upgrade and very good price.

Got for my son as a Christmas present. It wirks GREAT! I'm extremely happy with this purchase and how happy it made him when he opened and is still making him.

Great phone for the price. I moved up from the iPhone SE2. It is much larger and the sound is Clearer and Louder. Much easier to hear people speaking. So far I love it. You do have to buy a C adapter if you don't already have one.

I like the phone but purchased on Sept. 14, 2025 for $549, now a $150.00 off!! Needless to say, I am not happy!! If it wasn't so much trouble to return it, I would %26 purchase it foe $399. Your not talking $10, $50 discount, your talking $150.00. I like the phone, but had a hard time hooking up with my carrier. I purchased the Total Wireless thinking it should be an easy transfer. Total Wireless said it wasn't the carrier on the phone. Phone works fine so far, but am very disappointed with such an extreme reduction in price in not even a month!!

For those of you who don't spend your lives researching the politics of phone carriers, this phone only works for total wireless! I think eventually it becomes locked and you can use it for other carriers, but consider before you buy. It's been a real pain getting it set up because I was trying to use my Verizon plan. Be careful here

DO NOT purchase on Walmart. com. This is a total scam. Similar to the other reviewer's experience, the package came to me empty. The package felt too light the moment I picked it up. To be safe, I videotaped the entire process as my husband opened the package, which, of course, was empty.

So the package was delivered by Fed Ex and the phone was MISSING FROM THE BOX. The phone packaging was inside the brown delivery box but the phone itself was gone along with the activation card. I immediately reached out to walmart and they said my purchase would be refunded. After at least 5 calls and an email to the office of the CEO or president, cant remember which at this point, no one would refund the money. I am now dealing with the credit card company and providing a police report. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT WALMART AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY YOUNG KIDS FOR THEIR ENTIRE LIFETIME. YOU LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OVER A THEFT FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE OR THE DELIVERY COMPANY YOU CHOSE TO SEND MY PHONE TO ME. I WILL LET ALL MY FRIEND AND FAMILY KNOLW ABOUT HOW THIS WAS HANDLED AND HOPE THEY STOP SHOPPING AT WALMART ALSO. AVOIID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM WALMART, THEY WONT HELP YOU IF YOUR ITEM IS STOLEN!!

Unknown to me was the lock feature that only allows Smart Talk to unlock it. This phone will not work with other service plans.

switching from android to apple is practically impossible to load your content. tried 4 hours with apples app. it was a no go.
